Please note we do require a 24hour notice for all cancellations and fail to give notice may incur a $30 fee.

We hold the right to refuse service or stop a treatment at anytime if we feel the environment or circumstances is unsafe for the client, our practitioners or breaches our policies in anyway.

If you attend to an appointment with significant illness we may refuse treatment to you at that time as this is unsafe for our practitioners as well as our clients and could cause harm to you also. Please report to us that you are unwell prior to attending the treatment.
